The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Little Italy with awesome dining options nearby. The rooftop area has great views, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Room cleanliness could be better; I noticed some hair in the bathroom. Street parking is convenient, but be mindful of the high parking fees if you need valet. Also, the internet was slow during my stay.

Location is perfect for exploring Little Italy with plenty of restaurants nearby. Room cleanliness needs improvement-found some dust and the bathroom could have been better maintained. The rooftop area offers nice views and a chill vibe. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which was a plus.

The location was pretty cool, just a street away from Little Italy and within walking distance to the water. The staff was friendly too, and they offered valet parking, which was convenient. But man, the room left a lot to be desired. The beds were as hard as a rock, and there was only one pillow per person. The shower flooded every time we used it, and they didn't do anything to fix it. Plus, the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, not a good look. The whole place felt a bit like a catfish - nothing like the photos online. The lobby was nice, but once you got to the room, it felt like a budget motel. And to top it off, there was no hot water for four days straight! Definitely not what you expect when you're paying for a hotel stay. On the bright side, they did have a terrace on the 4th floor with a great view of the ocean, but it was off-limits during our stay. And there was a cool outdoor area with artsy seating, but that was closed off too. It would've been nice to enjoy those spaces. the experience wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. And if you can overlook the room issues, the location and friendly staff might make up for it.

The variety of museum exhibitions, plays, concerts, and classes in a timeless setting made it a must-see San Diego attraction. The whole family enjoyed exploring and taking in the diverse cultural experiences.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities onsite.

Walking around India Street felt like taking a culinary journey through Italy; it's a shame the animations didn't help me find my way through the golf course, and the Safari Park was practically in my luggage. Hosting an event felt like becoming the star of a reality show.
I just loved how the shower brought a touch of nature into my hygiene routine with its fantastic natural elements! .

Had a cozy Christmas stay at a hotel in the heart of Little Italy. The prime location allowed me to easily walk to the vibrant Little Italy strip and enjoy the festive atmosphere. The hot water was plentiful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city's sights. the TV service provided a great way to wind down in the evenings.
The room decor felt outdated and lacked proper lighting, giving it a slightly eerie vibe. The bed and pillows were well-worn, leading to a less than restful night's sleep.

Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Little Italy with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The bedding and towels were clean, and there were comfortable pillows for a good night's sleep.
Some maintenance issues were present during our stay, including a non-functioning heater and TV, along with low water pressure. The rooms could have been cleaner, and some basic supplies were lacking, like wash clothes and soap.

We hit up 98 Bottles , epic vibes with live music and sick craft beers. Then we checked out Birch Aquarium , mind, blowing ocean exploration, so legit! Plus, the Park had mad cool events, we were living our best lives, dude!
Yo, the only thing missing was a banging rooftop party scene. More nightlife options for us young bloods would've taken the trip to a whole new level!

Felt well taken care of, no complaints.
